Cyclone Vertical Centrifugal Pumps
We know what works in a demanding manufacturing environment and what doesn’t. That’s why Cyclone Products are “Built Gator Tough” to withstand the rigors of 24/7 operation and still deliver low MTBF and MTTR.
Demand high-quality system components and replacement parts from Cyclone Products and put Cyclone Power to work in your operation today.
Cyclone Products gives you a wide variety of standard and custom vertical pumps designed and engineered for cost-effective, continuous duty.
Cyclone’s corrosion-resistant vertical pumps in stainless steel, pvc and pp are ideal for many OEM and chemical processing applications. Cyclone Pumps deliver super high efficiency, producing up to 90 feet of head, and feature a unique “Seal-less” seal design for easy operation and maintenance. They’re engineered for the quiet, smooth transfer of non-flammable, non-abrasive fluids including cleaners, caustic materials, salt solutions, chlorinated solvents, photographic chemicals and deionized water. Cyclone Pumps handle many acids and alkalies, including some solvents heated to 250 degrees F.
Integral Labyrinth Seal-less Seal
Our unique seal-less seal design features a close fitting bushing to shaft flange arrangement to prevent air from entering the impeller housing from the pump body, and minimize pump cavity leakage into the pump column.
Cyclone pumps are coupled directly to a 3450-RPM heavy-duty motor totally enclosed, fan-cooled, and painted with a long-life epoxy finish.
Cyclone manufactures a wide range of pumps categorized by horsepower (HP). Each model is available in several different materials and performance curves. Cyclone pumps offer a range of performance within each model group because the impeller can be trimmed from the largest diameter for high flow and low pressure to the smallest diameter for high pressure and low flow.
To help you choose the correct pump for your process, custom pump curves are available to illustrate the range of performance throughout the model group. Each curve on the graph represents a different impeller diameter. The bolder curve indicates the impeller diameter supplied with the standard pump.
